I graduated from UC Berkeley with a degree in English and also hold a certificate in copy editing.

I began my career editing books and websites related to finance and investing, but soon found myself immersed in the world of educational publishing, where I wore many hats: content creator, copy editor, line editor, proofreader, coordinator, facilitator, multi-tasker, and creative problem solver. 

Most recently, I copy edited e-books, long-form and short-form articles, website copy, blog posts, social media posts, whitepapers, infographics, and more for some of the top B2B and SaaS companies while working at a marketing agency. 

I am well-versed in AP style, the Chicago Manual of Style, and APA style, and have familiarity with other style manuals such as AMA.

When I'm not working, I enjoy adventuring with my family, cooking, hiking, and Pilates.
